A Simple Woman's Daybook

For Today - March 7, 2011

Outside my window...beautiful warm sunny day.  The trees are gently swaying with a light breeze.  Perfect day! 

I am thinking...I need to get going on my day.  I spent too long on the phone with my sister this morning. 

I am thankful for...surprises.

I am remembering...our wonderful 5 days at Disneyland.  This time was all the more special, because Emily planned it for me. 

On my mind...Disneyland.  I wish we were still there. 

I am pondering these words...humor is to life as to shock absorbers are to automobiles. 

From the learning rooms...I thought I knew about everrything about my camera, but I discovered some new things this past week, so now I'm back to reading up on it more. 

From the kitchen...just enjoyed my daily smoothie.  Not sure about dinner yet. Tonight is Emily's ballet class, so maybe she & I will go out to dinner afterwards, & Mike & Elliot can go out on for a guy night.

I am wearing...Minnie Mouse pj's.  Like I said, I need to get going on my day & get out of my pj's. 

I am creating...a couple of photo books. 

I am going...to get ready to go out as soon as I post this. 

I am reading...my Bible & some magazines. 

I am hoping...to get things caught up after our week away. 

I am hearing...the Disney channel. 

Around the house...calm & peaceful. 

One of my favorite things...I hate to keep repeating myself, but Disneyland. 

A few plans for the rest of the week...Emily's ballet class tonight, grocery shopping, go through our pictures from Disneyland, relax.
